Rule 236
Provisions relating to amendment
(1) The assembly may make necessary amendments to these regulations. (2) If it is deemed necessary to amend these regulations, any member shall give notice to the chairman of the proposal with the reasons and details thereof. The presenting member shall present a proposal to the meeting for approval, including the names of the members who will be in the committee to form a regulation amendment draft committee. (4) The committee according to sub-rule (3) shall have the number of members as required and the chairman of the committee shall be selected by the members of the committee from among themselves. (5) The committee in the meeting After the submission of the report, the procedure adopted in relation to the bill will be adopted, except if the chairman changes the procedure.
